Discount Rates

Our pricing is based on the size of your group, number bedrooms/bathrooms and the time of year, in which you are planning your vacation.

If you are a couple looking for a one-bedroom unit and prefer not to use the air-conditioning unit, we will quote you a lower price. We are an Oceanfront property with an amazing ocean breeze, so you will be quite comfortable with the ceiling fan running, especially in the cooler months of the season.

Amenities

Large, crystal clean custom pool is much bigger than the small apartment pools in Puerto Morelos. The smaller pools get full of people easily, especially during holidays, while our pool has room for many more!
