Each of our luxury oceanfront Townhome Condos have 10 Foot High Ceilings throughout the home. With these extra high ceilings (compared to other projects that only have 7.5 to 8 foot ceilings), you can feel the extra space and you can do away with those cramped up feelings after a few days of living inside.
All Townhome Condos are separated by double insulated walls to give you a sound-resistant and a quieter relaxing stay.
Our Townhome Condos are all 1722 Sq feet of space! Other condos in the Puerto Morelos community are only 900 to 1200 square foot. Those living or renting on the upper floors will appreciate the convenient elevator.

The main police station is located just a few blocks down the same street as our Townhome Condos and Villas are located.
The police regularly patrol in front of our project throughout the day and night providing all of our Owners and Guests the benefit of extra security while sleeping in your beds at night.
Discount Rates
Our pricing is based on the size of your group, number bedrooms/bathrooms and the time of year, in which you are planning your vacation.
If you are a couple looking for a one-bedroom unit and prefer not to use the air-conditioning unit, we will quote you a lower price. We are an Oceanfront property with an amazing ocean breeze, so you will be quite comfortable with the ceiling fan running, especially in the cooler months of the season.
Amenities
All the cooking utensils needed for a normal vacation. We even provide you with a large variable set of stainless steel pots and pans.
A washer and dryer are located in the utility room.
